The ‘Yours to Keep Festival’ is back in November after a successful debut last year.

The all-day multi-venue music festival celebrates the best the UK has to offer in new music.

The festival is based in Huddersfield town centre with The Parish, Small Seeds and Northern Quarter hosting bands and musicians.

Yours to Keep has a strong focus on up-and-coming local bands giving them the opportunity to perform alongside more established touring acts.

The festival runs on Saturday November 11 from 3.30pm to 11pm across all three venues.

One of the organisers, Jonny Slow, said: “We have curated an eclectic mix of the UK’s best up-and-coming bands to the festival this year, with a focus on indie, punk and post punk.

“The first wave of acts have been confirmed and we are really proud to be bringing Telemann, Panic Shack, Trout, Nuha Ruby Rah, TSPSI, Honesty, Kids and Oscar Browne to Huddersfield, alongside locals Long Island.

“Last year was a really big success, getting a strong turn out from locals as well as people coming from all over the UK.

“The next wave of acts will be announced shortly, so expect to see more touring bands alongside some locals. We are really excited for another great day.”

Tickets are £22.50 in advance and are available from www.parishpub.co.uk, seetickets.com, Crash Records, Vinyl Tap and The Turntable Vinyl Café.
