The founder of a charity which helps promote mental health and well-being is bringing his ‘Brighter Days’ event to Huddersfield.

Patrick Regan OBE will be joined by musician Natasha Petrovic for what is described as an ‘inspiring evening of humour, music and well-being tips.’

Taking place on June 13 at Elim Church in St John’s Road, Huddersfield, the Brighter Days Tour aims to help the audience with their emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. It promises insights and strategies for building resilience.

Patrick, who founded Kintsugi Hope, will share practical tips for improving overall wellbeing, drawing from his personal journey and encounters with individuals who have overcome adversity.

“We all strive for a healthier and more hopeful future,” said Patrick. “The Brighter Days Tour is designed for anyone seeking practical tools and inspiration to invest in their emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Together, we will explore ways to navigate life’s challenges and embrace a brighter tomorrow.”
