Fauré’s serene setting of the Requiem forms the centrepiece of a choral concert at Almondbury Parish Church on Saturday (November 12).
The Concert of Remembrance also features Elgar’s We Will Remember Them and Mark Wilberg’s arrangement of It is well with my Soul.
University of Huddersfield student Daniel Bezkorowajnyj conducts a student choir and the organist is Malcolm Greenhalgh.
The free event begins at 7pm.
