Jake Mangle-Wurzel was laid to rest on Sunday in a grave he made himself next to his home at Peat Ponds in Lindley Moor.
Up to 300 people attended his funeral and saw Jake’s ‘soap box car’ coffin arrive on the back of a pick-up truck.
People were asked to wear an Hawaiian shirt or bright colours and most were happy to oblige despite the showery weather.
