Managerial duo Ash and Gav Connor celebrate their 200th game in charge at Golcar United with Tuesday night’s trip to Bradford-based Campion.
The brothers took over in 2014 and are relishing the transformation in the club which is giving them every chance to fulfil their ambitions to manage at the highest level possible.
Ash Connor said: “It’s a great milestone and we want to celebrate it with a win. The journey we’ve been on has been brilliant and this is the strongest squad we have ever had.
“We have a 24-man squad and any of them can play. The most difficult part this season will be keeping everyone happy.”
Golcar started the season with a hard-fought point from a long away trip to Holker Old Boys at Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria on Saturday.

The Weavers were a goal down after 33 minutes and a straight red card for former Huddersfield Town Academy defender Jake Barrett, on his debut, just before half-time left Golcar staring down the barrel of defeat.
But Mike Fish equalised just after the re-start and gave the 10 men something to fight for in the second half.
The players dug in and by the end comfortably held out for a 1-1 draw and a first point of the season.
Connor said he thought the dismissal of 21-year-old Barrett was “harsh” and added: “It was a 50-50 ball and they both went to win it. When the referee blew I thought it was a free-kick to us. The referee thought Jake caught him.
“Holker is a hard enough place to go with 11 players but to play for 60 minutes with 10 men is a good effort. We were 1-0 down and it was a gritty performance after that and everybody involved showed great character and worked hard for eachother.
“In that situation some times teams can fold and end up losing 4-0 or 5-0 but we dug in. I don’t remember either goalkeeper having much to do in the second half so I would say a draw was a fair result.”
Campion, who lost 3-2 at Garstang on Saturday, provide another stiff test for Golcar on Tuesday (7.45).
The Weavers are boosted by the availability of Leon Henry, player-coach Joe Skarz and Greg Porter, who all missed Saturday’s game due to other commitments. Adrian Igielski and Jacob Buchanan also return to the squad.

Connor was waiting to hear about what could be a three-match ban for Barrett but Skarz is likely to return at the back even if Barrett’s suspension doesn’t kick in until Saturday.
Oliver Willetts has a medial ligament strain which could leave him sidelined for up to a month.
