France+Associates (F+A), a Huddersfield firm specialising in bespoke accessible homes, has announced two senior promotions.

Amy Hines has been promoted to director and Matthew Carter to senior architectural technologist.

Jonathan France, founder of F+A, said: “These promotions reflect the hard work, skill and care Amy and Matt have consistently displayed over a number of years.

“It’s hard to believe we’re nearing our 10th anniversary. Time flies but it’s vital to recognise and reward the exceptional contributions of our team members who have been integral to our success.”

Amy and Matt’s promotions come at a pivotal moment in the company’s history. Over the past decade, F+A has grown from a small firm into a trusted leader in the Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Court of Protection sectors, supporting over 50 law firms nationwide.

This growth has been fuelled by a dedicated team offering design, contract administration, property finding and legal expert services, and the firm has celebrated a number of industry award wins.

In the past year alone, F+A has welcomed seven new team members, reflecting its ongoing expansion and commitment to providing unparalleled service to its clients.

In her new role as director, Amy Hines will oversee the firm’s property finding, planning, design and contract administration teams.

“Amy has taken on significant responsibilities, particularly in managing resources and ensuring clear communication—a crucial element when supporting injured clients on their journey to recovery,” said Jonathan.

“She’s been a cornerstone of our client-focused approach, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.”

As senior architectural technologist, Matthew Carter will focus on maintaining F+A’s high standards.

“Matt has been instrumental in ensuring that our project documentation and information meet the highest quality benchmarks,” said Jonathan.

“His work has enhanced the support our project managers receive, enabling seamless project delivery.”

F+A remains committed to its mission of designing homes for life, creating personalised living spaces that empower injured individuals to rebuild their lives.

“Every client and property is unique,” said Jonathan. “We aim to make the challenging process of finding or adapting a home as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

“Our strapline, ‘Designed for Life,’ is more than just words — it’s a promise to our clients. From property assessments and legal reports to overseeing property adaptations and sourcing new homes, F+A provides end-to-end support for injured individuals navigating life-changing circumstances.

“These promotions are not only well-earned but also indicative of our firm’s bright future,” Jonathan added.

“Amy and Matt will play key roles in guiding our team as we continue to grow and deliver outstanding service.

“Our clients deserve nothing less than excellence, and with these leaders at the helm, we’re well-positioned to achieve it.”
