Golcar United have had a good run of results recently but that came to an end on Saturday as the Weavers lost 3-2 to Garforth Town at the Skye Direct Stadium. Despite the result there was still plenty to smile about.
The Weavers are currently 15th in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division and have moved themselves away from the relegation zone in the last month.
Golcar go to Maltby Main in the League Cup quarter-final on Wednesday February 8 (7.45).
