Price gave Golcar the lead from the penalty spot in the 14th minute when Slater Barnes went down in the box.
Golcar had a number of chances to make it 2-0 before the break, the Goole keeper making a triple save.
The Weavers had to wait until the 70th minute to make certain of victory and the goal was worth waiting for as Dan Naidole struck an outrageous effort which crashed into the back of the net.
