Huddersfield-based residential sales and lettings specialists Bramleys won eight gold, one silver and one bronze award at this year’s All Agents awards, including Best Estate Agents for all five of its branches.
The finalists have achieved award recognition based entirely on feedback from clients rating and sharing their customer service experiences.
The results are based on reviews posted during the periods May 1 to April 30 for Staff Awards and September 1 to August 31 for the Agent Awards and Branch Awards.
The Bramleys team attended the awards, which took place at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds, to collect all 10 awards in person.
All Agents’ director and co-presenter on the night Martin McKenzie said: “This is the industry’s largest awards scheme and Bramleys can be truly proud of what they have achieved in their respective region and across all their branches.
“These awards can only be won as a direct result of the feedback from their clients about the quality of customer service received in what has been an extraordinary year.”
The estate and lettings agent was also shortlisted for four awards at the Negotiator Awards, which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
The company was shortlisted in the following categories: Property Management Department of the Year, Regional Agency of the Year: Yorkshire & The Humber and Estate Agency of the Year (Medium).
Residential branch manager and senior valuer Gemma Caulfield was also shortlisted in this year’s Rising Star of the Year category, thanks to her huge contribution to the business since she joined last year.
