Social media marketing firm Social Progress has won the ‘Chamber Member of the Year’ award at the inaugural Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce Celebration Awards.
The Honley-based company received the award at a ceremony at The Quarry in Horbury, near Wakefield.
Staff at Social Progress were thrilled to receive an award which celebrates a member that has shown their continued support to the chamber over the last 12 months. The award is selected exclusively by MYCC themselves.
Janet Bebb, managing director of Social Progress, said: “We were totally taken by surprise, and delighted to be recognised for our relationship with Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce over the years.
“We have always been proactive in promoting the valuable services of MYCC, encouraging other businesses to join the chamber, and have worked with them to build a connected business community.
“We also support MY Network at The Media Centre in Huddersfield as one of the official event partners, which we are proud to have been involved with since 2014, and look forward to continuing with in the years to come.”
Social Progress is a social media management and training company which recently celebrated its tenth year of trading.
The award-winning digital marketing experts beat tough competition from over 590 members to win the prestigious ‘Chamber Member of the Year Award’ at the 2022 ceremony.
