It’s all about the fans and this Saturday (March 25) it’s Non-League Day when football supporters starved of top-level football by the international break are urged to go and watch their local grassroots team.
With Golcar United at home to Knaresborough Town (3.00) and Emley AFC in a play-off showdown with Winterton Rangers at the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground (3.00), both clubs will be looking for bumper crowds.
On Tuesday night the Huddersfield neighbours fought out a 3-3 draw in front of 672 fans at the Skye Direct Stadium despite the rainy weather.
