Huddersfield’s largest lettings agency has set the seal on a successful 2023 by retaining an award it has made its own.
Fast-growing Whitegates has won the national Lettings Office of the Year in the Property Franchise Group awards for the eighth successive year.
In 2023 Whitegates Huddersfield, Holmfirth and Brighouse, run and owned by Huddersfield entrepreneur Chan Khangura, has purchased three other lettings businesses and expanded its offices at the Cherry Tree Centre.
Chan wanted to thank his team and said: “It’s a great achievement and one we should all be very proud of.
“Every member of the team works tirelessly every day to achieve the standards we have set.
“It’s incredible to have won this award every year since 2016 and it demonstrates the fabulous tailor-made service we give to all our clients year in, year out.”
This year Chan acquired lettings businesses CMK, Let Two and McField Residential Lettings to continue his firm’s growth trajectory.
