For Huddersfield Giants supporters it’s time to vote for the club personality they value the most.
Huddersfield Giants Supporters’ Association (HGSA) award the annual Wagstaff Trophy to the person they would “least like to see leave the club.”
Named in honour of one of the club’s – and the sport’s – greatest players, Harold Wagstaff, the Wagstaff Trophy doesn’t necessarily go to a player. It could be awarded to anyone at the club from owner Ken Davy to a stalwart volunteer or off-the-field staff.
Previous recent winners include Danny Brough, Jermaine McGillvary, Chris McQueen, Will Pryce and last year’s winner, Oliver Russell.
Voting is open to all HGSA members and runs until September 10. The winner will be invited to the HGSA AGM at Laund Hill on Wednesday October 23.
Members must vote using the official voting form which can be found via the link HERE.
