Huddersfield-based My Management Accountant is offering free advice and support for businesses following next week’s Budget.
As Budget Day – Wednesday March 3 – edges ever closer, speculation continues as to what may be lurking inside the Chancellor’s red briefcase.
Whatever may be included in Rishi Sunak’s second Budget as Chancellor, the MMA team will be on hand to advise business owners about how they may be affected via Zoom at 4pm on March 3.
The company already hosts a weekly peer support group call for business owners looking for guidance on coping with the effects of the pandemic.
The calls were put on hold last summer but as tighter regulations were brought in at the start of the year, MD Martin Bown reinstated the meetings.
Martin said: “We know this is a worrying time for many businesses, with speculation that this Budget may contain corporation tax rises or other measures to repay the country’s Covid-related debt.
“That’s why we want to be here for our business community, to provide support and advice and to help people make sense of what it may mean for their company.”
