It’s not too late to join the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s Wear Blue and White Day.

The annual event to raise money for the Town Foundation’s school breakfast clubs is held on Friday January 26.

The breakfast clubs aim to give children, many of whom otherwise wouldn’t have a meal at home before school, the best possible start to the day with a healthy, nutritious breakfast.

Support through donations and funding is vital, as the breakfast clubs cost around £140,000 per year to run.

To date, the foundation has served two-and-a-half million breakfasts and is now on a mission to double this and reach five million.

It’s not too late to get involved with simple things like going to work in odd socks – one blue and one white – or bake some blue and white cupcakes and sell them to friends and colleagues while you’re dressed in the full Town kit!

Whatever your suggestion, the whackier the better, as long as it involves the famous colours of Huddersfield Town and donations, you can get involved.

It’s a great way to get your business, school, friends and family involved in some fun, whilst raising some much-needed funds.

If you are taking part share photos on social media using the hashtag #WearBlueandWhiteDay and email them to devon.cash@htafcfoundation.com to be featured across the foundation’s social media channels.
