Young and old marched side by side as Huddersfield remembered the fallen and those who have served in conflicts around the world.
Hundreds of people lined the streets for a Remembrance Day parade to and from Huddersfield Parish Church.
The Kirklees Civic Service of Remembrance was led by the Vicar of Huddersfield, the Rev Canon Rachel Firth. Kirklees Council was represented by the Deputy Mayor of Kirklees Clr Liz Smaje, council leader Clr Carole Pattison and deputy chief executive Rachel Spencer-Henshall.
The event was also attended by Huddersfield MP Harpreet Uppal, Sophia Buncy, Deputy Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire and the Chief Constable of West Yorkshire John Robins.
