Lu’s Place in Meltham is putting on a fireworks spectacular that’s certain to go with a bang – and a fizz!
Lu’s Fest will have former M People star Heather Small – whose hits include ‘One Night in Heaven’ and ‘Proud’ – performing live along with international musician Ellie Sax & Friends.
The event will be on Saturday November 4 in a marquee outside the café at the Meltham Mills Industrial Estate. Doors open at 5pm and the event runs from 5.30pm until 10.30pm.
It’s an adults-only, casual and relaxed event with a pie and peas supper, culminating in a fabulous fireworks display by Optimum Fireworks.
There will be a cashless bar and the opportunity to buy sweet treats, food and hot and cold drinks and there’ll be a DJ and roaming magic from Miss Magic.
The event will be staged in a big heated marquee with casual seating and a dance zone. There will be an outdoor area with firepits, a luxury serviced toilet trailer, first aid and security.
Tickets are selling fast and there are a limited number of sponsorship packages available.

No under 18s will be allowed on site for the event and parking is available on the main Meltham Mills complex but taxi drop-off and pick-up is recommended.
