Greenhead College in Huddersfield has had brilliant sporting success with three teams winning their leagues.

And others have come runners-up in national championships.

Today we publish a gallery of photos showing all the successful teams.

The men’s Rugby League team won the College Rugby League Yorkshire West Division, beating especially tough competition including Halifax Panthers and Huddersfield Giants Development Academy.

The men’s football first team won the Yorkshire Men’s Football League West A while the women’s football team won the Yorkshire Women’s Football League A.

The women’s team played 10 games, won nine and lost just one, winning the league by 11 points. The men’s team played 12 games, won nine, drew two and lost one, winning the league by just one point.

Meanwhile, at the Association of Colleges Sport National Cup Finals in Birmingham Greenhead College’s netball team, men’s hockey team and its mixed hockey team were all runners-up, returning home with silver medals.
