There was a club record crowd at Huddersfield Town Women FC’s FA Cup game against Everton on Sunday.
It was only the second time the Town Women team had played at the John Smith’s Stadium and there were 1,168 in the stand to watch.
The Terriers lost 4-0 against Super League opponents who are two divisions higher but for Huddersfield Town Women it was all about introducing new fans to the women’s game in Huddersfield.
