Golcar United won a crucial game on Saturday beating Daisy Hill 4-0 at the Skye Direct Stadium. Dan Naidole put in a superb display scoring his 20th and 21st goals of the season.

The Weavers needed the three points as both other promotion rivals in Bury AFC and Holker Old Boys won. Bury defeated South Liverpool 2-0 away meanwhile Holker were victorious over St Helens Town at home by the same scoreline.

Golcar scored three goals in the first half to break Daisy Hill resistance. Buddy Cox scored the Weavers’ first goal in the 15th minute and Naidole doubled the lead two minutes later.

Oliver Willitts added the third just before the half-hour mark. Naidole made it 4-0 in the 57th minute.
