There’s no better way to get into the Christmas spirit than a festive concert – and this is dubbed a “cracker.”
Award-winning Colne Valley Male Voice Choir will host their annual Christmas Concert with Brighouse & Rastrick Band at Huddersfield Town Hall on Sunday December 10.
Compèred for the first time by former Radio Leeds presenter Andrew Edwards, the first half of the concert will also feature the Colne Valley Boys choir, formed by the senior choir in 2010.
Choir chair Joe Stones said: “In previous years, Press reviews have described our concert as a ‘Christmas Cracker’ and this year it gets even better with Andrew Edwards sure to add some extra sparkle to the evening’s festivities!
“The concert will feature a wide range of Christmas music from both the choirs and the band as well as some joint items and, of course, there will be a couple of opportunities for the audience to join in some traditional carols.
“It promises to be a wonderful evening of spectacular music – and the perfect way to kick-off the Christmas season.”
Tickets are still available from £22 to £5.50 (Children/NUS in the Gallery) from Kirklees Town Halls HERE
