Despite the appalling weather there weren’t many games postponed due to the hard work of the clubs in getting their fields passed fit for play.

In Division 2 Nathan Chappell (three), Ryan Burchael (two), Michael Carter (two), Alex Vickerman and Jack Brown scored for second-placed Netherton in their 9-1 win over Lepton Highlanders.
Grange Moor Saints completed their Division 3 campaign by thumping Marsden Cuckoos 9-2 with Sam Kent, Alistair Wain (two) and the prolific Cameron Wilkey scoring six for the Saints. Joe Bingham scored both for Marsden.
Liam Savage and Billy Humphreys-Brown scored for Hade Edge who were on the wrong end of an 11-3 score line away at Scissett. Chris Martin hit five, Lewis Palk, Cameron France, Chris Johnson (two), Tom Ryalls and Tom Lockwood scored for Scissett.
Wooldale Wanderers regained top spot in Division 4 following a double from Adam Summerscales in a 2-0 win away at Mount.
Corey Wawosz hit a hattrick for Flockton away at West End Park, whose goal was scored by Samuel Eastwood.
AFC Volunteers gained revenge for last week’s shock defeat at Thorpe Giants with a comprehensive 10-0 win at home with goals scored by Lewis Brierley (three), Evan Ladley (three), Ronan Helliwell, Josh Miller, Luke Simmonds and Chris Talbot.
In the reserves section Newsome extended their lead at the top of Division 1 to 13 points with a 5-0 win away at Heywood Irish Centre with goals from Adam Hill (two), Salyfullah Sulymans, Trae Gabriel and Jameer Jackson.
Shepley remain top of Division 4, on goals scored this season, after dropping points in a 3-3 draw at home to Cumberworth B. Goals for Shepley were scored by Thomas Whitfield, Daniel Glover and Harrison English and Harvey Rotchell (two) and Joshua Kilner scored for Cumberworth.
Fothergill and Whittles A are second, having scored one goal less, despite winning 4-1 at Scissett Development. Joe Penrose scored for Scissett.
As both Shepley and Fothergill and Whittles have the same points, an identical goal difference and with Dalton Dynamos A, a point behind in third place and a much better goal difference the next couple of weeks will be interesting.
Daniel Holmes (two) and John Dalton scored for Hade Edge A in their 3-1 over Honley whose goal was scored by Terry Murphy.
In the Barlow Cup Newsome moved into the next round with goals from Devonte Gayle (two), Doran Jordan, Steven Marshall, George Sommerville and Kyle Walton in a 6-1 win over Britannia Sports.
A goal from Jerrelle Tyrell and a hattrick from Tomi-Mac Creaghan saw Dalton Dynamos move into the next round of the Richardson Cup with a 4-1 win over Britannia Sports. Kane Bowker (three) and Liam Dunne scored for Cumberworth as they beat Kirkburton 4-1 to also move into the next round.
In the Gee Cup Slaithwaite United eased past Kirkheaton Rovers with a 5-1 with goals from Dominik Moorhouse (three), Josh Moore and James North.
