Software firm Adventoris wins 14 new clients and makes four promotions to support growth

Huddersfield-based software as a service (SaaS) firm, Adventoris, is celebrating 14 new client wins as it makes four internal promotions to bolster the team.

The client wins include beauty and personal care brands: Beauty Science UK Ltd and Mamado USA; food and drink firms: Cottom Foods Limited, Della Rocca Wine & Food Limited, Owen Taylor and Sons Limited, and Fresh Ideas Direct Limited; building and electrical companies: John George & Sons Limited and Pinnacle Electrical Supplies Ltd; lab equipment distributor Smith Scientific Limited; manufacturers: Anglo Stainless Limited (stainless steel pipe fittings), Arada Limited (stoves), and Dixon Glass Limited (laboratory glassware); and the US and Canadian entities of household goods company DK Household Brands.

To support the firm’s continued growth, Adventoris has promoted four team members to strengthen its departments across customer support, implementation, development, and finance and HR.

Joel Burnett, who has been with Adventoris for nine years, is now head of customer success and support after spending three years as a senior implementation team leader.

Michael Ghatt is stepping into the role of implementation team leader following a four-year stint as implementation consultant after joining the business as a business development manager in 2019.

Adventoris has also promoted Jordan Lewis from finance assistant to finance and HR manager.

Senior developer Phil Copland has also been promoted to solutions architect after almost 12 years with the firm in various development roles.

Adventoris currently supports 230 clients on its flagship platform, SwiftCloud, facilitating £64 million worth of orders from approximately 145k orders per month.

SwiftCloud helps businesses save time, reduce manual order processing and increase both monthly sales volumes and average basket values.

Speaking about the new client wins, Adventoris’s founder and CEO James Clarkson (above) said: “We’re incredibly proud to be in such a strong position and to welcome so many ambitious businesses to the SwiftCloud platform.

“These new client wins reflect the growing demand for digital ordering solutions that help wholesalers and manufacturers work more efficiently, improve customer experience and drive sales growth.

“It’s particularly exciting to see businesses from such a wide range of sectors choosing SwiftCloud to support their growth strategies, both in the UK and internationally.

“As we continue to expand, we’re also investing in our people, rewarding hard work and talent, ensuring we continue delivering the high levels of service and innovation our clients expect.”
