Dan Lawton 3–1 Mark
Mike Coombes 3–2 Paul
Tony Stead 1–3 Steve
At seed 1, Dan Lawton beat Mark of Skelmanthorpe in a 3–1 victory. Mark played a consistent ‘line and length’ game in hope of outplaying the HLTSC seed 1. However, Dan managed to hold the match with some aggressive boasts and drops.

Mike Coombes played the match of his career, holding Paul 3-2 in an intense match.
Mike took the first two games in his notoriously fast-paced style in what was the closest match of the night. Mike battled for every point to edge the game, taking the last 11-8.
Game scores; 11-5, 11-8, 11-5, 14-12, 11-8.
Tony Stead, a recent squash convert, played at seed 3. A valiant effort saw Tony lose 3–1 against an experienced opponent. Tony continues to show a consistent improvement from his first three team games.

It was an overall excellent victory for Huddersfield Lawn Tennis Racketballers, which breaks a poor run of form.
