Heritage Exchange, the team behind landmark office and business communities in Huddersfield and Halifax, is set to launch its third workspace in Brighouse this summer.
The new site marks a major step in the company’s expansion as it responds to growing demand from ambitious regional businesses looking for high quality, flexible and affordable office space.
Heritage Brighouse, located on Armytage Road, offers nine individually designed office suites across two floors, purpose‑built for teams of six to 20 people.
The project brings together modern architecture, thoughtful design and communal areas to create an environment where businesses can thrive.
Situated just two minutes from the M62 and within easy reach of Leeds, Manchester, and Brighouse’s rail links to Yorkshire and London, the location gives growing companies the connectivity of a major city without the cost or congestion. On‑site parking and close proximity to Brighouse town centre add to its appeal.
Heritage Brighouse is particularly suited to established firms in professional services, technical consulting, construction and technology – businesses that want the independence of their own configured space without the rigidity of long, high‑cost city‑centre leases.

What sets this project apart is flexibility. Unlike typical serviced offices, each suite can be fully tailored around a tenant’s needs.
Early occupants will have the opportunity to help shape the final layout and design of their offices before completion. Lease terms start from 12 months, giving businesses room to plan without long‑term constraints.
“We’ve been able to draw on over 20 years of working closely with our tenants – whether they’ve grown, downsized or moved on,” said Danielle Cottrell, who leads operations at Heritage Exchange.
“Throughout that time, they’ve navigated significant changes, including the shift towards more flexible ways of working.
“We believe coming into the office should be as easy as possible, with practical locations, free parking and good amenities close by.”
Krystina Firth, who is leading the space planning, added: “We’re excited to take on something new in Brighouse, stepping beyond our usual converted mill style into more contemporary design.
“We’re working hard to create thoughtful workspaces and layouts that build an atmosphere suited to a diverse range of businesses. We firmly believe that office space shouldn’t feel bland; it should reflect the people within it.”
For two decades, Heritage Exchange has managed distinctive commercial properties across West Yorkshire. With its sister locations, Heritage Exchange Lindley (HD3) and Heritage Exchange Elland (HX5) housed in beautifully converted historic mills, the Brighouse site represents a new step into contemporary workspace.
Heritage Brighouse is open for viewings now, with occupation available from summer 2026.
