Award-winning wedding and event styling business Attention to Detail is entering an exciting new chapter as founder Ros Rowe steps back from full-time involvement and hands over ownership of the business to Jodie Robshaw.
After 16 years of building the Newsome-based business, Ros has made the decision to take a back seat while remaining involved in a more behind-the-scenes capacity.
Jodie, who has worked closely alongside Ros for several years in both styling and studio operations, will now take on the role of business owner.
Jodie said: “I am so excited to be taking over Attention to Detail and can’t wait for my new adventure to begin.”
The transition marks a natural next step for the business and Ros said: “After 16 years growing and nurturing Attention to Detail into the business of which I am so proud, I have decided to take a back seat and hand over the reins to my wonderful friend and colleague Jodie.
“Jodie will ensure the high quality and personal service which we value so much will remain the hallmark of our business moving forward.
“She has worked alongside me for a number of years now in the styling and in the studio and is extremely excited for her new adventure.
“I will still be around, but more in the background than before as I take up a little more time with my new granddaughter.”
The announcement comes at a particularly positive time for the business, which was recently named a winner in the Hitched Wedding Awards 2026.
The award was based on verified reviews from recently married couples and recognised the business in the Venue Styling category.
Ros added: “It’s been a pleasure to get to know so many wonderful clients, partners and suppliers over the years, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support the business has received.
“I’m so proud of what Attention to Detail has become and excited to see it continue to grow with Jodie leading the way.”
