Deanhouse Group, a bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Honley, has strengthened its board with the promotion of Stephen Rochester to commercial director and Dominic Jones to operations director as it enters its fifth year of rapid growth.

Turnover at the company has grown from £1.85 million in 2022 to £5.5 million in 2025, with £8.5 million forecast for the current financial year, since managing director Neil Addyman joined the business in 2022. Headcount has grown from 12 to 40 over the same period.

Neil led a management buyout of Deanhouse Group in September 2024 and has overseen the company’s expansion since taking the helm.

Stephen, a certified commercial quantity surveyor with an MSc in Construction Project Management, joined Deanhouse Group in 2023 as commercial manager and has helped shape its commercial strategy since then.

As commercial director, he will lead the commercial function, ensuring the business remains well positioned for continued growth while maintaining the high standards of service clients expect.

Stephen said: “My focus now is less on where we are and more on where we’re going. We only ever say no to a client if we genuinely can’t do it – that’s what gives people the confidence to keep coming back to us.”

Dominic joined Deanhouse Group four years ago as contracts manager before progressing to operations manager, overseeing project delivery and supporting the company’s expanding team.

As operations director, he will oversee day-to-day operations, while helping shape the company’s wider operational strategy as it continues to scale.
